Career History
Dana (BS in Chemistry)  joined the firm in 2002, after having worked for 15 years as a researcher in pharmaceutical field in the National Institute for Pharmaceutical Research and afterwards for more than 3 years as a Patent Examiner with Romanian Patent and Trademark Office, in the division dealing with chemical and pharmaceutical patents. She qualified as a Patent Attorney in 2003 and European Patent Attorney in the same year.

Areas of Expertise
Drafting, prosecution, procedures for national patents and for european patents, as well as related searches and legal opinions. Due to her background, she is very experienced in the field of chemical pharmaceutical and biotechnological patents.

Romanian Industrial Property Attorneys Association; the Institute of Professional Representatives before European Patent Office (EPI).
