Career History
Silvia is a graduate of the Polytechnic University, Electro-Mechanical section (1993). She  joined the firm in 1998, after having worked for 5 years as a researcher in a laboratory of Electro-Mechanics. She qualified as a Trademark Attorney in 2000, Patent Attorney in 2003. European Patent Attorney since 2003 and European Trademark Attorney since 2007.

Areas of Expertise
Drafting applications, filing, prosecution and appeal procedures for national patents and for European patents in the field of mechanical and electrical patents; filing, prosecution, opposition and appeal procedures for national trademarks and designs; filing and prosecution of community trademarks and designs.

Romanian Industrial Property Attorneys Association; the Institute of Professional Representatives before European Patent Office (EPI) and International Trade Mark Association (INTA).
