The services we offer to our national and international clients covers all areas of industrial property protection. There are four jurisdictions where we can act directly, namely Romanian Patent and Trademark Office, the European Patent Office (EPO); the Office for Harmonization of Internal Market (OHIM) and World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO). For any other jurisdiction, we work with colleagues all over the world.

We offer services in the traditional fields of the industrial property, namely:

- Acquiring patents, trademarks and designs rights, in Romania and the EU;
- Filing with WIPO international patent applications under Patent Cooperation Treaty and trademark applications under Madrid Agreement or Protocol;
- Opposition, appeal and revocation proceedings in respect to national and European Patents, Community trademarks and designs;
- Portfolio administration, including renewals;
- Qualified technical and juridical translations;
- Patent, trademark and design searches and watching services;
- Registering Internet Domain Names, including full assistance in Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) proceedings

Based on our experience, we offer advice in matters of IP that extend beyond the traditional fields or combine two or more such domains:

- Litigation in Romania related to infringement and or counterfeit and nullity of patents, trademarks or designs, unfair competition;
- Representation before Romanian Custom Authorities and Police for infringement or counterfeit matters;
- Enforcement of IP Rights in the pharmaceutical field, including but not limited to advice on validity and infringement prior to a litigation, SPC matters and data exclusivity;
- Agreements and contracts: aspects pertaining to industrial property, including assignment and licences;
- Industrial property-related matters of the due diligence enquires.
