She become a registered trademark attorney in 1996 and a registered patent attorney in 1999. In 1999 and 2000, she has attended the EURO-SEAD Course on Patent Drafting organized by Fédération Internationale des Conseils en Proprieté Industrielle (FICPI) in Ottrot-Le-Haut (France). Seven years later, in 2007, she was designated by the European Patent Institute (EPI) to be a tutor for the local patent attorneys for the changes in the European Patent Convention (EPC2000). Raluca is European Patent Attorney since 2003 and European Trademark Attorney since 2007. Areas of Expertise She works predominantly on prosecution and enforcement of patents in the fields of mechanics, electrical engineering and internet. In trademark and design field, Raluca, although skilled in all the procedures, works in particular on contentious matters pertaining to trademarks and designs, at both the national level and before OHIM. Raluca currently coordinates all the patent, trademark and designs procedures in foreign jurisdictions.
